To use one of these pictures for your project, simply mouse over the picture, right click your mouse button, left click "save picture as", and specify the folder or disk you want to save the picture to.  You can later insert it in a document, such as in Word, by left clicking the "insert" menu, left clicking "picture" and then left clicking" from file", then specifying where you saved the picture to. 

You can also directly paste these pictures into your computer document by right clicking the picture, left clicking "copy", then going to your document and right clicking, then left clicking "paste".
