I am supposed to type something in the Discussion Board or on a test, but there's no place to type. What's wrong?

If you don't see a text box into which you can type, take the following steps:

1. Logon to Blackboard

2. On your "My CCC" page, on the left side, is the box labeled "Tools."

3. Click on "Personal Information."

4. Click on "Set Visual Text Box Editor Options."

5. Under "Manage Visual Text Box Editor" click "Unavailable."

6. Click "OK."
